Hey mama! Looking for something to keep your kiddos occupied for a bit? Every Monday, we will be sharing an activity for your littles! Quarantine Summer Bucket List With the latest changes, this bucket list may have come at the perfect time! This can be done as a family or individually for the bigger kiddos! It can be a simple list, a collection of drawings, mama write + little illustrate, or even a collage of cut out pictures from magazines. *Google your child(ren) name and find a street named the same in town. Take a drive to it and, if safe, snap a picture! *Paint positivity rocks and hide them where someone on a walk may find them. *Have a picnic in the living room or backyard. *Make play dough. *Create a map and a treasure hunt. *Build a fort. *Have a tea party. *Do a fashion show (aka see what clothes still fit) *Take a bubble bath in the middle of the day. *Do a challenging puzzle. *Watch a movie from when mom/dad were little. *Start a chapter book read aloud. *Tie dye shirts. *Go through a drive thru car wash. *Find a restaurant you have never tried and order to go. *Paint the fence with water. *Make puppets and put on a puppet show. *Let the kids plan the meals for a day. *Have ice cream sundaes. *Paint fingernails/toenails. *Read one book a day. *Have a dance party with songs from the 80s or 90s. *Star gaze. *Play in the Sprinklers. *Go on a family bike ride. *Make homemade lemonade. *Write and send a letter to a friend/family member. *Go on a virtual tour of a museum. *Donate 2 toys per child. *Write a thank you note for the garbage collector, mailman, etc. *Make a smoothie. *Take bigger plastic toys outside and have a wash. *Eat breakfast in bed. *Rearrange a room in the house. *Make homemade pizzas. *Sing Christmas carols. *FaceTime a school friend. *Learn how to use chopsticks. *Have a movie marathon (Toy Stories, Frozens, Harry Potters...) *Play cards. *Start a gratitude journal. *Make a Christmas list. *Do a craft. *Plan your dream vacation. *Play with food: jello, noodles, pudding. *Call your grandparents and interview them. *Learn about a person in history. Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance.
